Day Retreat August10, 2010 for Logos Church

On Tuesday, August 10, 2010 we hosted a Day Retreat for a group of children from Logos Church in Arad. There were 16 children from ages 4-10 and 4 adults, the Sunday School Teachers. We enjoyed the day and the children did also. They played games, ate hamburgers for lunch and enjoyed a birthday cake for Denisa's birthday. She was 6 years old. Below are pictures of the children enjoying the day's activities.

Donations for Moldova

A local pastor organized a transport truck to take donations to Moldova, Romania to helped the victims of the flooded areas in the country due to heavy rains. We were the first stop of 8 locations where he will collect donations to take there. The boxes they are loading are from the container sent in July from Louisiana to help the needy in Romania. We pray these boxes will be a blessing to them. It is an assortment of men's, ladies, children's clothes, shoes, purses and misc. items.

Our Bible Story was about Joseph, his dreams and how his brothers hated him and sold him into slavery. They deceived their father, Jacob, by telling him Joseph was dead.

Container Delivery and Unloading 7-13-2010

The Container as it's being delivered. This is a ministry we are blessed to be a part of. These containers are packed and sent from an organization in Louisiana to be distributed among the needy of Romania.

Opening the doors and seeing how the Lord has blessed the people of Romania with donations. It takes a lot of help to unload the container.

More Camp Pictures July 7-11, 2010 - Hunedoara Timisana

During the camp the children accumulated points by participating in different activities and events. On Saturday evening we had a store for them to use their points by buying items they wanted. The children coming in to buy at the store with their points.
